My View on Taping or Binding

 

In my experience, binding is best immediately after delivering your baby. Compression of the abdominal organs needs to be assessed by a professional so that you are not doing more harm.

 

For belly support after the first few weeks after delivery, I specifically love Benkung belly binding. It’s very supportive without being compressive. I absolutely love kinesiotaping for proprioception and light support for daily activities and 

gym exercises.

 

I can teach you how to tape yourself at home so that you can give yourself support when doing your daily activities.
