Rachelle Bojer, MSPT graduated from New York’s Mercy College in 2000 with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy and Health Science.

Rachelle’s experience and expertise in pregnancy-related issues propelled her to develop CoreConnection, a comprehensive diastasis healing program.  She provides compassionate, one-on-one care to all of her patients.


Rachelle is a member of the Long Island Doula Association and the American Physical Therapy Association. Rachelle lives in Centerport, NY with her husband, twins, and their dog, Marly.  She enjoys eating, cooking, traveling, yoga and Zumba fitness.

 

 

 

 

 

Prior to opening her own practice in mid-2012, Rachelle worked in NYC in an outpatient PT facility, worked with early intervention and school age children, then spent eight years as the director of physical therapy for Orthopaedic Associates of Manhasset, a large othopedic practice in Great Neck, New York.

Rachelle has always had a passion for women's health and wellness. She specializes in pelvic floor dysfunction issues such as urge incontinence, urinary frequency and stress incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, chronic constipation, dyspareunia, interstitial cystitis, sexual dysfunction and pelvic pain.
